After your images are delivered 4-6 weeks after your wedding, your images will be stored for 1 year on our online cloud gallery. You will be prompted to download all of your images upon initial delivery and we encourage you to back up your images to your personal drives as needed. We will not store your images past 1 year from your wedding date to make room for other future clients.

It's 20% of the package chosen to save the date and the remainder is due two weeks before the wedding date.

We never offer any discounts. Discounting our prices would mean discounting our talented and hard-working team. We care and cherish our team as our family members.

For each photography package is based on consecutive hours of coverage. Even if we are not photographing during "a gap" in the schedule; we are still present. With that said, we always work together to plan a photo schedule that makes sense and doesn't waste our coverage.

We DO NOT offer video services. Our company specializes in wedding photography. Please email us for our preferred videographers we love to recommend.

The engagement session is booked on a separate day (commonly) six months before the wedding date. Based on availability, typically done on a weekday when the team is not photographing weddings. We’ll always prefer to have your assigned wedding photographer be the same as your engagement photographer.

The Bronze package can be upgraded up until 4 months to your wedding date. All other packages cannot be downgraded after signing our agreement.

To treat all clients fairly; we honor first come, first serve. From the time of sending our availability, quote on services, or consulting with us; if we haven't received the save the date deposit at the time of signing our agreement we can't guarantee we'll be available for your date.

We do not deliver any RAW photo files. Imagine going to your favorite high-end restaurant and the chef serves you the raw uncooked ingredients. We deliver our products with the exact quality, consistency and way we want you to enjoy our work.

Image rights are shared with the Company. Once you sign our agreement, that acts as your grant of rights to all of your images. You have unlimited printing rights.

Depending on availability, you'll either have Jenna, Kevin, or KT and if your coverage allows it, a corresponding Primary Second shooter from our KLV team.

For weddings: 800-1000 images For Engagements: 80-100.

Yes. Any location at or beyond 75 miles from our headquarters in Yorba Linda, CA requires a travel fee $1/mile roundtrip. Destinations that require air travel will be assessed accordingly. Rates may change based on inflation. Please inquire for the current rate.

We process wedding images in 4-6 weeks and engagement photos in about 2-3 weeks.

The standard OC County Tax rate will be applied to any package containing a physical item. The whole package must be taxed and not the individual item according to the law.
